[1]-First of all Open New Docuement of Custom size, Height & width 450×450 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color
[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings
[3]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom Shape Tool & then select Pen Tool, click & select Make Selection
[4]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[5]-Now your image should look as shown below
[6]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Option with click on ‘f’ which is
indicating by Hand sign
[7]-Now select Stroke Structure & use the following settings
[8]-Now your image should look as shown below
[9]-Now Open other image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image & adjust with the help of Move Tool
[10]-Now select Layer1 & then create the following selection with the help of Magic Wand Tool
[11]-Now select Image Layer & then press Ctrl+Shift+I & then press Delete
[12]-Now go to Blending Options & then select Inner Glow

[13]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings
[14]-Now select Contour Elements & use the following settings
[15]-Now select satin Structrue

[16]-Now your image should look as shown below & after that select Layer1 & create the following selection with the help
of Magic Wand Tool
[17]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with FFFFFA color & after that create the following selection with the help
of Elliptical Marquee Tool
[18]-Now press Delete & after that create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[19]-Now press Delete & reduce the opacity of this Layer
